You can call them and they are super helpful! I don't think you can get a list of the contacts, you have to email or call.

Re: azure standard

^^^ yeah. You have to call Azure (541-467-2230) to get the coordinator's contact information. The coordinator will give you all the drop info you need (the ID number for the drop, it's location, and policies) and you'll be good to go. They only post city info for the drops on the .pdf. Beyond that, you have to contact them. It keeps coordinator's info from being public, helps coordinators keep their drop size manageable, and makes sure the coordinator has spoken with you and knows how to contact you for drop day.

I am scared to think how much our first order is going to end up costing. So much good stuff we can't get locally!

Our drop is in Lafayette. I know they have several drop areas all around Indy, north side, south side, etc. I think there might be one near Columbus too.

so excited for you!! Many items can be purchased in smaller quantities. Azure does a lot of repacking in their warehouse. Many of the bulk items available in 25 or 50 lb sizes are also available in 2 or 5 lbs- just repacked by Azure. It will usually say on the description page what sizes are available. One thing that may be a concern with repackaging is cross contamination (since you said your mom is GF, that may be a problem), and you may want to call them about that.

As for being overwhelmed, well... start with the sales flyer and use the search to check out the prices for staples that you would buy in bulk or that you're running low on. Then, order a catalog- first time customer's get one free. Thumb through it when you have time and add to your order as you find treasures and deals. Make use of the favorites list as your wish list for things you find that you're not quite ready to order yet.

Have fun!!
