Or not? Does it seem to make a difference in your supply?

Re: Exclusively pumping: Do you pump at night

I skip one pump at night for some extra sleep but other than that I still pump every 2-3 hours through the night. Not sure how it would effect my supply since I have never not pumped through the night. I don't produce much extra milk so too scared to try!

Re: Exclusively pumping: Do you pump at night

When I was pumping, I pumped at night each time my son ate. If he slept, I didn't pump. But it was usually about every 4 hours, once in a while I did get to skip a pumping.

I started EPing when DD was 5m so she was already STTN. I pumped right before bed and first thing in the AM, about 8 hours apart.

Re: Exclusively pumping: Do you pump at night

Yes, night pumper here. I get the most milk in the early hours of the morning, so it gives me a head start for the day, pluss if I sleep thrue a session my boobs wake me up either by hurting or leaking all over my bed. I have been so tired, and baby N has been to so there have been times I have slepped threw, but it wasn't fun.
