Re: Grovia LOVERS come in!

Took a sposie break yesterday thinking we would do sposies for the next 2-3 weeks (moving cross country) and my poor baby was sooooo sweaty everywhere the diaper touched....and it smelled awful too

Today he is back in his grovias....with a flip sposie insert. I don't know if we can do that for the next 2-3 weeks.

Wanted to post a couple of pics of my new fav combo - an Imagine printed flat padfolded under a grovia cover. The printed flats run pretty small and are perfect for my 8 wk old.

Got some flip flats and thirsties hemp prefolds from the fsot too, can't wait to give those a try!

it never take me more than 72 hours to realize the "break" isnt worth it most of the time!! thats why I love hybrids sooo much! I'm taking a hybrid break for the next 48 hours so I can slather Calmoseptine on DSs bum which is raw from a stealth night time poop

Do you use the grovia disposable inserts when you do this?? I have a pack of Gdiaper inserts still and dont know if they would work in the grovia and I dont know if the grovia disposables are good. I like having earth friendly sposies on hand for when he has a rash like yours..

Hope your LO gets better I hate those stealthy poops!

Gdiaper inserts work in grovia. Takes a lil aligning but totally works

We used them overnight before. They work great!

Most likely nursing and typing. Please pardon any mistakes.

Aint that the truth. I learned the hard way let me tell u lol. I have about $75 worth of disposable inserts and huggies naturals sitting in my house to prove it. I was never die hard about cloth but I am changing my tune.

Eta: this post makes me sound snarky. I dont mean for it to. My son was not sensitive to anything and we took tons of sposie breaks and i was thankful for them. Lol sorry to sound bitter! Sposie breaks are great for most babies. My daughters butt just happens to be very high needs.

Re: Grovia LOVERS come in!

Well being as my washer and dryer are listed on craigslist, I needed a new diapering solution. Not willing to hand wash flats while trying to pack, clean, have a garage sale, an open house, My dd's end of school year events and move with 4 kids cross country That said, I ordered 3 packs of flip disposables this morning They work great in the shells as do the G ones but I don't like how stiff and rough the g ones feel. I have bio-soakers too but they seem almost to small. I wish Grovia would sell cloth covered snap covers for use inside the shell when not using snap in soakers.

Re: Grovia LOVERS come in!

My order from sweetbottoms came and I LOVE them I got blackberry, peacock, citrus, and persimmon. I figured I'dlike citrus, and I do, but I also like persimmon, it is just .... orange? No red tone like sassy.
