We've decided they want true all in ones, 100% cotton ( unbleached would be nice), snaps, double gussets, one size, they done care what country or outer fabric but they want quality. And I want a nice list but turns out this'd things together are tricky :-) please help me get them a nice list of options!

Well I don't know of any with double gussets, besides I think that would make for a bulky diaper.

I like the blueberry simplex, its an aio, but the soaker flips out in the wash, but is attached, makes for better washing.
True sewn in aios are harder to get clean.

Good luck!

I do not know of any with double gussets. Cotton AIOs I can think of are the mentioned Simplex, Smart Bottoms, BG Elemental, Grovia, and Nana's Bottoms.

Thanks :-) yea I don't think any have the double gussets. I think they'll be fine without, I think I showed them all of the ones you all mentioned. They like the tongue thing that's sewn in but not sewn down :-) I think grovia might be for them.

Yeah I was gonna say bottombumpers too. They are trim and nice and soft inside. I don't think you will find double gussets are necessary in a cotton aio. They tend to be quite grabby and I never had leaks. The microfibre ones...not so great and prone to blowouts.

I have some nana's bottoms I got used on here and I also ordered 12 custom aios from NB that should be here anyway. You can choose your fabrics. I chose cotton with sherpa inners. Her diapers are very very affordable.
