Pics of older baby (6 months +) In carrier

Hey! I was wondering if any mamas had pics of older tots in carriers? I have both a Moby and an Ergo, but my baby hates them both. I feel like I'm following the directions, but he seems uncomfortable.

I saw another thread, but they were all really young beebees. I'd love to see your older baby happy in their carrier!

How much does your lo weigh? He might be too heavy for the Moby.

He's 18 lbs right now. He liked the moby as a newborn... but I've tried several holds and he hates them all. I'm wondering if I should try wearing him on my back with the ergo?

Sarah - I'll email you right now. Thanks

Did you get the pics? We're they helpful to you? Also sometime you have to have them get used to it. Start with 5 mins, a few times per day. Then increase it to 10 mins and continue increasing it.

Baby wearing is super fun and convenient

The 35lb limit is kind of a joke. I don't know anyone who is comfortable with a stretchy wrap past 20lbs, usually it's uncomfortable sooner.

I have been wearing DD since birth and still wear her at 3 years old. Here are a couple pics of various ages/carriers:

Around 3 months in a SleepyWrap:

Around 10 Months in a SBP Ring Sling:

Around 12 months in an Ergo:

Around 27 months in a Toddler KinderPack:

Around 32 months in a a Toddler KinderPack:

Around 3 years old (and Mommy 8 months preggo) in a Toddler KinderPack:

Oh, my gosh. Thank you guys And Sarah, I did get your email! Thank you!

I'll take the advice to just do it a little bit every day. I would love to pack up the stroller when possible and just wear him. So much more convenient. Plus... I love me some cuddles

It looks like I'm wearing the carriers correctly, and he's positioned correctly. Maybe he just isn't used to being so restricted. I'll practice tomorrow!
