Re: Who is waiting on imagine bamboo?

A dozen flats and a dozen xs prefolds. With how this wait has been going it makes me feel like I need to buy twice that many "just in case" they go out of stock like this again, and sell it off if I don't like it. I'm getting kind of annoyed at myself for holding out for so long for one company. On the other hand, I have 4.5 months (OMG that's coming up!) before this baby is due, so I have the time to wait.

Re: Who is waiting on imagine bamboo?

I have to ask- why are the flats more expensive than the prefolds? It's less fabric and less labor...???

I think it has a lot to do with the type of fabric used in each. Many cheap prefolds are made from very cheap fabric, and many more expensive flats are made from very expensive fabric.

Re: Who is waiting on imagine bamboo?

I'm thinking I'll do at least a half-dozen flats, maybe a full dozen. So happy to hear the wait is almost over!

Quick question- what are the edges like on these? Hemmed? Do they curl a lot?

I doubt the fabric is of different quality between the flats and prefolds.
