want to stop EPing, how much needed in freezer?

I've been EPing for 7 months now and would like to hang up the horns by the end of June, before the summer hits and we'll be at the beach/camping more and I really just don't want to have to drag the "ball and chain" around! I have a HUGE stash of milk in my freezers (all 3 of them) so I'm really hoping I have enough to get my 8 month old through to at least one year without having to use formula or cow's milk. He's eating solids like a champ, but is still drinking 22-25oz a day (i'm sure this amount will go down in the next couple of months)!! Any ideas of how much I should have in my freezer stash to get us through? I would say each bag in the freezer averages 5 oz, so I have a rough estimate of 2,000+ oz in the last us about 3 months...that should be enough, right!??
