What are some good veggies to puree to hide in my recipes?

I had it years ago but sold it because we never used it. Hoping someone can tell me what veggies puree easily and don't have a strong taste.

Carrots and zucchinis. I shred them and add them to sauces. I've also tossed carrots in smoothies.

Spaghetti squash! Just use it as noodles. I think cauliflower is pretty tasteless. My mom used to put zucchini and squash in all kinds of stuff and we never knew.

My kids both will eat carrots so there is no need to hide those. I think I'm going to start with cauliflower and move on from there.
