What's for dinner? *summer edition*

I figured it would be fun to start a summer edition. Our dinners are different in the summer than the winter. I have a few ideas, but would love more!

Pulled pork sandwiches & corn on the cob:

I used my counter top roaster over to make pork chops. I also made rice & gravy (we eat gravy with almost everything!), corn and green beans. I wanted a good meal but didn't want to have the stove on forever or the oven and I wanted veggies that I know everyone will eat.

Tacos. I only need to cook the meat. The rest is no cooking as we are using canned WIC beans.

Grilled everything. My crockpot and oven are on vacation.

Tonight is grilled chicken and steamed mixed veggies. I might add a loaf of bread with the bread maker if we get home early enough. Dessert is "fudge pops" made with puréed bananas, coconut milk, maple syrup, and cocoa powder.

Tonight we're having tuna patties with lemon sauce, sauteed bok choy and rice.

Unfortunately tonight I will be heating up the house. Spaghetti is on the menu tonight because it's easy and I have everything I need for it already at the house.
