Pampered Chef Stoneware - Need Recipes/Ideas for Use!

I have had a Pampered Chef square baker since I got married (10 years ago). I started really using it a few years ago. I use it mostly for biscuits and mac and cheese. I recently purchased a few more items (used) for some great prices. I have been trying to cook more with cast iron and stoneware and I got rid of our nonstick stuff. Now I also have the large stoneware bowl, rectangular baker, and rectangular lid/bowl. So, the question is, what do I do with these?! I know I can make cakes and casseroles in the rectangle baker, but what else? Anyone have any good ideas or recipes? Thanks!

I do cookies all the time on my rectangle and every one swears I make some of the best chocolate chip cookies. In fact a friends ds begged his Mum to get my recipe, and after she baked them on a basic sheet, he complained they weren't as good.

I use them instead of cookie sheets so I bake cookies or even chicken, bacon, pretty much anything that goes in the oven. I love my loaf pans too for making banana bread and other loaves. Stoneware is my absolute favorite to cook with because they are so easy to clean and are non-stick without the chemicals or extra oil/butter calories.

I do baked cauliflower with olive oil and kosher salt on my pampered chef sheet. It's simple but SO GOOD.

I had a deep casserole dish that was amazing for lasagna but it got cracked.

The ones you have are good for casseroles, roast, cakes, roasted veggies etc

My favorite stone is the large bar pan. It is pretty much a cookie sheet with sides. They get used nearly every single day here.

I've only got the large bar pan, but I now use it for everything. If it goes in the oven it goes on that. Just awesome. I need to get a few more, been really eying the pizza stone.

I'm like some of the others, if it goes in the oven, it's on stoneware. I love roasted veggies and baked & frozen items especially breads and pizza on them.

Try to match the size of the items being cooked to the size of the stoneware. I think I remember reading that if too much space is left on the stone that it could crack, but don't quote me on that...

And I don't ever let them soak when cleaning. Just a lil soap and water rinse and they're good, air dry. They should get really seasoned after a while, they may not be pretty, but they are so nice to cook on.

Love the PC stoneware!

Yep, if it goes in the oven, it's on the PC stoneware. My most used item, it literally lives in my oven, is my PC pizza stoneware. I'm on my second one though as slightly frozen saltenas made my original (and oh so perfectly seasoned ) crack. My newer one has molded handles on it, so slight win I just made pćo de queijo (south american cheese bread balls) on it yesterday, yum!
