I'm loving pasta salad lately so spam me your favourite recipes! Here's mine:

Greek Pasta Salad

1 cucumber
1 pkg cherry tomatoes
1 red onion
1/2 cup sliced black olives
1 pkg feta cheese
1 bottle Kraft Greek & Feta dressing

Directions
Boil noodles.
Run cooked noodles under cold water to cool.
Cut cucumbers into small chunks.
Cut tomatoes in half.
Cut onion into very small pieces.
Crumble feta cheese.
Mix all ingredients together and serve.

Re: Pasta Salad Recipes

"Recipe" is a loose idea.

Pasta salad
-pasta, cooked, rinsed, drained
-whatever raw veggies you have in the fridge (think broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, celery, black olives, thawed peas; this is the pasta salad version of stir fry to use up leftovers)
-Italian dressing (recommend Good Seasons) to coat
Serve immediately, or chill and serve cold.

Pasta seafood salad
-pasta, cooked, rinsed, drained
-whatever raw veggies you have in the fridge (think broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, celery, black olives, thawed peas; this is the pasta salad version of stir fry to use up leftovers)
-chunked fake crab, chunks torn into sizes of preferences (usually ~1/2 original size)
-Light mayo to coat
Serve immediately, or chill and serve cold.

Re: Pasta Salad Recipes

My aunt makes one similar to yours but without the feta cheese (replace it with parm cheese), salad seasoning and Kraft's Zesty Italian dressing. Oh, and she uses green onions as well. It's delicious.

I make this too but I make it with spiral pasta
cut broccoli and cucumber into small pieces, shredded carrot, small cubes of cheddar cheese, black olives sliced and thin slices cut small of deli ham. Toss it all in a bowl with the cooled off pasta. Add your Italian dressing and put in the fridge to chill. This is delicious!

This is how I make mine, so stinking good. Everyone asks for it when we bbq. Some like feta, some don't so I do whatever cheese I feel like that day.

Re: Pasta Salad Recipes

I do very similar but with cheddar cubes and homemade dressing (equal parts olive oil, vinegar (apple cider, balsamic, combination of the two), a spool dijon mustard, a spoon honey salt, pepper and herbs.
I usually use halved cherry tomatos, yellow/orange bell peppers diced, broccolini chunks.

Re: Pasta Salad Recipes

Slightly off topic, but I can't eeverget enough german potato salad.

Boil potatoes fork tender

Cook bacon until crisp, remove from pan, chop, set aside.
Sautee diced onions in bacon fat.
Mix 1/2 c ACV and 1/2 c water with 1 T cornstarch. Add salt pepper and mustard powder. Mix well, no lumps.
When onions are fully softened, add liquid to pan and stir to thicken.
Add potatoes and bacon. Nom.

Re: Pasta Salad Recipes

I do goat cheese with my pasta salad:

1/2 box of spiral noodles, cooked
while hot, stir goat cheese in, it melts all over the noodles
Add italian dressing
cherry tomatoes, marinated artichoke hearts, cooked great northern beans
cucumber, chopped carrots, finely chopped red onion
