Re: Need help with a co-op

yes, I'd file, she is a horrible host who sounds money hungry an just wants the fee she is getting off everyone. Broken sunglasses sucks too, she could have at least gave you the company info to contact for replacements.

I'm over the 45 day limit for the sunglasses. She is supposed to contact the company for the people who had broken glasses, but obviously I won't be seeing that refund even if she does get it!

Sorry didn't read all the way through yet but if they were broken when she got them she shouldn't have sent them out, she should have sent them back for replacements or a refund. If they were in I've piece when she got them she should have packaged them better IMO... And then she is responsible...

No one will listen to her. Fwiw, I do coops(not a ton currently) and don't even charge fees?!? She's not going to contact a bunch of hosts bc one it would take a bunch of time to hunt them down and two coops are a small world if she is screwing people over they won't listen to her anyways.

Re: Need help with a co-op

She said something about a "national list for all other co-ops" and that she was going to report that I cancel after I pay, expect a refund immediately, and threaten to open disputes". That's a gross misrepresentation of what actually happened, but yeah. I didn't expect a refund "immediately", she told me she would refund me when she got home that night, and then didn't. I waited an additional 3 days before I contacted her again.

I've never heard of a national list lol. In fact ever time I turn aroun there's a new coop group popping up on fb lol. I think she's full of it. Don't stress out. Just file with PayPal and block her on Facebook.
