I bought organic whipping cream and made homemade butter!! So fun! You also get buttermilk from it as we'll!

My ? Is, how long will the buttermilk stay good for in fridge???
I have goggled and can't find a straight answer!
** help!!!!!

I would aim to use it within a week. It may keep longer, but I think a good general rule is to use within a week. It makes good pancakes and muffins.
