Re: When to start using bed flat sheet and blankets?

My 2 1/2 year old has one on his toddler bed. It's actually fitted at the bottom, so it stays put. Usually though, he just goes under his blankie. DS I don't bother with b/c he just kicks them to the bottom. DD likes them. I could never sleep without one. I have to have a top sheet.

We did the same thing. Both kids hate sheets, so this allows us to have the blanket and keep it clean. We bought two duvets/pillowcases and basic white fitted sheets. The duvets get washed like the sheets. Both kids love them and its super easy to make the beds each day.
