Re: August 2013 Due Date Group~ December chat

So I Just went on Kohls.com to check our their cyber week deals with the intention of spending my Kohl's cash on Christmas gifts, and ended up getting myself some more things. Well, I suppose the dehydrator could be hubby's gift since he's kind of interested in making his own beef jerkey...

Re: August 2013 Due Date Group~ December chat

We have the snow

My ils sold their house after months of being on the market and now they are bugging dh to move them. I don't mean help either, they do nothing to help with anything physical. Dh told them to hire someone to move them but they are too cheap to do that. She said she would pay him $15/hr to help and pay for gas in his truck. So he went over there fri and sat but only where able to move most of garage (they have lived there for 26 years so there is crap everywhere). He told them that was all he was going to be able to do since he is out of town and doesn't want to waste his one day a week to see his kids. She said fine, his brother said he would move them with the help of his friends. Now it looks like that is not going to happen so she has been calling dh trying to get him to come back out when he comes back into town. AHHHH she drives me crazy.

I told dh I think ill put a dehydrator on my list for his parents to get me.

But I have $75 in kohls cash burning a whole on my counter.

Debating if I should pick up a few toys for Matthew or wait and see what the rest of the week brings.

The only thing is we really don't need the toys. But we do need something for him to "open" on Christmas.

Re: August 2013 Due Date Group~ December chat

I have a dehydrator already. I have nearly every appliance known to man in the kitchen (each kind that is).

Missy - I would think for that type of money, they could hire a teenager to box up the house and then they could just have your DH move it into a pod or something like that and then move it to the new place. They may even find someone who will do the whole thing for that price. I would ask around at least.

Erica - Have him open old toys. At this age he shouldn't know better.

Still no package here.

We are just getting some small toys to put out for him. My parents got a saucer for him so I am not sure what else to get him either.
