Pelvic Girdle Pain (or sciatica?)

I am 20 weeks pregnant with #4 and I am having severe PGP. I had it with my last pregnancy but it wasn't this bad until a bit further along. I thought it was sciatica but after doing some searching I am pretty sure it is PGP.

Has anyone had this and had success with alleviating the pain. I am having a lot of trouble walking (and sleeping) and squatting/bending down is not working out so well either. I don't have an appointment until the 25th but could really use some suggestions

I broke down and shelled out cash for a chiropractor. It's helped tremendously.

ETA: mine started around 20 weeks. I'm 25w on wed and have been to the chiro twice.

No personal experience. But coworkers daughter had her OB suggest some sort of support belt for siatica, not sure if it was a standard maternity belt or something else.

I am going to call this morning to get a physiotherapist referral. I can't even get good sleep because the only way I can get comfortable is on my back and at 20 weeks I can't stay there long.

I still end up on my back most nights just because. I know my OB gave me a support belt for free last pregnancy. I'm just plus size so.... I didn't like having it digging into my fat... It looked gross to me.

I am petit but I worry about it in the summer heat. Honestly though it is bad (and I have a high pain tolerance). I can't do what needs to be done rich now. I hope it helps

we are moving next month and I've been packing and moving some lighter stuff. When the pain started, I felt broken for days.
Couldn't bend over to pick things up or do laundry, couldn't walk well, couldn't sit at the computer, hurt to lay down. I know it sucks!
Hopefully a physio can help you out.

They called in for me to get a belt. They said insurance should cover it (we have decent insurance through DH's work thank goodness). I can't get there today so I will go get it first thing tomorrow. If I could get there today I would go but oh well
