Honestly, my SIL was in a similar situation and didnt tell them until she needed to for appts.. So if your first appt come up n you arent scheduled to work.. You can wait.. If you have to work then you can either try to swap with someone or let them know you have a drs appt and if they ask why tell them its a check up. If they want more then just be honest with em.. But i wouldnt lie for sure.. Most businesses like that dont care too much.

Re: interviewing while pregnant

Do not tell them. It is illegal for then to discriminate if you are pregnant so it's best not to say anything. I'd wait until at least your probational period to say anything. I honestly would not say anything until I needed to - such as I'm showing or am sick. Honestly, bulk of your appoints won't happen until later trimester.

If you won't have to ask off for any appts, if wait until I was showing/end of first trimester. Whichever was later. And certainly do NOT say anything in the interview. While legally they can't use it against you, if its pretty much equal between you and another person and they know you're pregnant, they'll pick the other.
