I agree with exercising. I feel better, and less tired, when I get a light workout in. Nothing crazy hard or strenuous, but it's enough to give me a pick me up and helps me not feel sluggish. Youtube has a bunch of prenatal workouts you could check out.

Clothes that fit and keeping up with hair helps but exercising made a huge difference this pregnancy. Really helped with energy, I felt great up until the end, and even then I was just tired after work. And even though I gained more weight then I wanted, I feel like I look better this time pp, even with the extra weight. I think because I'm more toned. I did weight training and light cardio.
