Re: what's for dinner?

An attempt at meatloaf. I only had one can of tomato sauce, one can of tomato paste (no ketchup) and no bread crumbs. So I used what I could find that would work. I'm worried it's going to be funky, and my boyfriend is telling me I worry too much about my cooking abilities.

I did use some of my Just Tomatoes stuff in there though!

I still have to figure out what for a veggie though.

Re: what's for dinner?

I'm trying to figure that out right now. We had planned to cook Italian sausage on the grill, but DH and I got caught up dealing with other issues and now it is almost 7, so we are going to save the sausage for tomorrow.
I might have DH run me to the grocery store. I SO need to do grocery shopping. My poor kids are tired of sammiches.

Wasn't really in the mood to cook so I whipped up a some Bisquik biscuits and cooked some eggs w/ cheese and hashbrowns. Easy and yummy

I bought some London Broil, and was going to marinate over night to BBQ, but DH put it in the crock pot. Lord only knows how that came out . So, probably some take-out. Chinese sounds good.....

Pork chops and mushrooms Serve this over fat-free beans with fat-free cheese on top. Pretty good and on the Weight Watcher's Core plan!

The kids ate PB sandwiches, cheetos and yogurt

We had Hamberger Helper. I get so tired of trying to figure out what to do with ground beef. But it's so cheap. *sigh*
