I have been having problems printing labels for regional rate boxes- I used to do it all the time, now it won't even bring it up as an option. Also- when using a padded FRE it only gives the option for a regular FRE (which shipping is different for), won't bring up the option for the padded FRE.
If I am a complete idiot and just not doing it right- someone please clue me in bc it is getting pretty annoying...
I used to be able to do both fine now...

I used to be able to do both fine now...
I've never been able to do regional rate on pp. That was only an option on usps

Also pp had only had the regular fre usps had the padded option

This spring I used the pp app. Set it up to come out from a cc, instead of a bank account we quit using. Made a purchase, it came out of the bank account which was a little short. I was charged fees. I called pp. They simply said it was not their fault, I should have went to their website to switch accounts, not their app. I deleted the app. I called the bank, told them what happened, they waived the fee, because I deleted the app and switched info on their website, and I assured them it wouldn't happen again. I'm still irritated with paypal!

I can't even get my paypal to work now... and no matter how often I've tried to get it fixed it messes up again... ugh. Totally ruined a lot of my ebay shopping.

That's exactly what I was told by PayPal! I'm sorry, but if they are going to have a mobile app, they should be darn certain it works the same as the regular site OR LET PEOPLE KNOW FIRST FOR CRYING OUT LOUD!!!
