Re: Tips for nausea?

Yours may be too severe for this to help much... But the only two things that work for me are kettle cooked salt and vinegar chips and B6. (Probably not at the same time. Ha)
The kettle cooked part is important. Or either a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar. Trust me. It works.

Re: Tips for nausea?

Oh! I thought of another thing. I've heard other ladies say that taking magnesium internally didn't help them much but when that switched to a topically applied magnesium (lotion, oil, I'm not sure) that their morning sickness really improved.

Re: Tips for nausea?

To keep from passing out, I'd carry v8 in my purse and drink it when I'd feel faint. Midwife recommend it after I fainted. And I don't even like v8. To eat, plain french bread with only deli meat dipped in au jux.

Re: Tips for nausea?

Unisom/B6 combo. Take at night, if bad, take during the day as well. I took full unisom at night, would quarter the unisom for day time use.
I get HG, so I wind up on meds, but I still take the unisom/b6 at night. It helps. I've never had b6 alone help. Also, there's a script called Diclegis that is a delayed release form of B6/unisom. I've heard it works great for people.

Re: Tips for nausea?

I get terrible motion sickness and with this pregnancy I got super nauseous- I wore seabands all the time. I'm not sure if it truly helped but it was worth a shot!

I found eating little bits constantly along with vitamins helped. Mama tea also helped a lot as well. I also found those preggers candies at Babies R Us helped as well.
