We did this for Halloween but it would work for Spiderman, too -

If you have some sort of yard stakes (like for a tent), make a circle with them ~ 8 ft in diameter. Then, use some twine to make a "web). . . go between all the stakes and we also made the concentric circles by tying around each "spoke". Then, use two different sets of balls/objects in an even number and scatter them around. We had the web about 6 inches off the ground so that the objects were under it. Separate the kids into two groups and do a relay where they run from the starting line, go through the web to pick up 1 of their colored objects and run back. First team to run through their entire team and get all of their colored objects wins!

We do a craft at the parties I organized. On saturday, I had sand buckets for all teh kids ans we decorated them with sponge stickers (found at dollar store). When they were doen, they took them home as favors. You could get red buckets with some cool spidermen or something related sponge stickers.

I would love to do crafts but his cousins are so not the craft type. You can't get the one to sit or do anything for more than 1min unless it's easy and he wants to.

More ideas, more ideas!
