Me too. I've often thought before that maybe it's bad b/c when you let it out your body thinks the baby is getting the milk...if we hold it in maybe it signals that baby is eating less????? I could be way off, but this is just what i've thought about..never did bother to look into it but i guess i should.

A pump!
You don't even have to compress, just hold it there and it will catch the extra milk; pop in the freezer . . . convenience!
