Re: Wool Mama Experts
i prefer the look of knit, and the most wonderful bullet proof yarn we've used is peregrine merino sold at irish baby knits. You can choose what colorway you want then find you a mama to knit it
IT IS THE BEST IMO for nighttime

These are amazing! I alternate between these and loveybums wool interlock cover. (www.loveybums.com) Their wool jersey is great but wouldn't be heavey enough for night time...the interlock definately is. I also have a few customs and the one that is the absolute most bulletproof for night time is crocheted....I had no idea between thoes and knitted, either. I love wool interlock pull ons but my DS is too heavy of a wetter to use them at night...we stick to babyology or loveybums interlock cover. You can't go wrong with those.

Re: Wool Mama Experts
The most bulletproof for us is crocheted peace fleece. Peace fleece softens up a lot with a few washes. I just let mine soak in the wool wash w/ lanolin all day when I get it and it feels great.
Loveybums interlock has also always proved bulletproof at night. To answer your question about Kozy Designs - a lot of mamas here don't like it. I DO. Its super soft, resists pilling and works for us at night as long as I have a good fitted on underneath. I don't have a supersoaker though, and he is good about holding it in his sleep. But yeah... I really like it. I'll buy more in the next size up this winter.

Re: Wool Mama Experts
I think Lindon Merino, Targhee, and Aran BFL all hold up well for nighttime.

Re: Wool Mama Experts
i hear kozy are quite thin
i've found lanas and disanas on the fsot board and they worked awesome! also they are soft. in a pinch i've used a little beetle wrap which are double layer merino. but i bet any thick/felted recycled wool would work well too. softness is a huge factor for me and recycled wool can vary a lot. interlock- unless it was double layered at least imo wouldnt work hth a little

Re: Wool Mama Experts
I second (or is it third
)the Peace Fleece option. They are pretty indestructable even knit, not crocheted. Other good choices are Targhee and LTK farm yarn 2 ply. They are both really thick yarns and make a super tight knit.
