Diaper Swappers

My little sister is expecting her first in September and I am trying to think of original gifts to get her. So far I have bought her a nursing cover and matching baby bib and a little crocheted pair of 'My First Party Shoes' from FUNctional Fluff. What other sort of neat things could I give her? She mentioned that one of her other friends is already buying her a fitted sling, so she's got that covered.

Some mamas can never have too many slings, lol! I have 3 for a 2 year old.

She's still debating whether or not she's going to cloth diaper. She lives in an apartment complex, and I don't think the idea of having to go to its laundromat thrills her.

Soft soled shoes are a good idea, generally, but someone from their church just gave her 20 pairs of shoes that their little daughter outgrew, so I think she's set for awhile!

babylegs maybe? i hadn't ever heard of them till i got on this board so that might be original be a big hit. get her some babylegs and a cute dyed or embroidered onsie to match. i have a friend on here that'll be embroidering a few for me to match my babylegs after another dyes them.

I wish someone would have gave me a nursing braclet. If she is planning on nursing that is what I would get.
