I would suggest you nurse with babys chin aligned with the clogged duct/pore for a day or so, and see how things progress. Their chin puts the most pressure on the breast and it can effectively, and efficiently move things along. You may have to get in some interesting positions, depending on where abouts it is located, but you can do it!

Call a LLL leader or IBCLC in your area, too. they may have more great advice for you. (links in my siggy
