What pump for smaller chest??

I have had a heck of a time finding a pump that works for me, I am about a B cup. There is an Ameda PUrely Yours on the FSOT that I am super interested in but I'm afraid of wasting yet another $50 on a pump that I can't use! So smaller chested mommies, help me! What pump do you use?? I have tried the Isis and it did not work at all for me, also some sort of Evenflo that made my nips sore. I had an Evenflo years ago with my first that did work, though. Help!!

The Ameda should work. I have a smaller chested acquaintance who loved the Ameda. It's just a matter of getting the right horn size.

I am not quite a B and use the isis with the smaller horn inside the reg one- much more comfortable! Good Luck! (nak)

Umm, the pump shouldn't matter. It is what size horns you have. I am on the other end, I am a DD. I have the medela pis, LOVE IT, and the horns that come w/ it are too small for me, i rub the insides of it. So I had to size up my horns. They also make smaller sizes I think something like 24mm to 36mm, not quite sure, but they have a huge veriaty. And I actually interchanged my horns from my ameda and medela. The little tubes fit in both pumps.

I used the Medela Pump In Style w/ both babes (I am about a B cup also). No probs. FYI, you can get different size flanges for your pump (the part you put on your breasts). I'm sure an LC could help you get the right size; I just used the standard size flange, though.

I would win the itty bitty you know whaty club and I've used the Medela PIS and the Isis with no problems. I found w/ this Isis it did help to wet the cushion part first and also make sure all the dealies are in place, or you lose suction

OHH! I love the Medela Harmony! It is cheap (new $40, I think, although I bought mine used for $15) and small and works like a charm. I'm a size B cup too. I don't use it everyday though, just for emergencies. It's a manual pump and it's great for taking in the shower when I am engorged or have a clogged duct. I can run warm water and pump at the same time. LOVELY!
