Best Nursing pillow
Ihave a 6 month ld and am having horrible back pain from hunching over to nurse plus wrist problems from craddling her head. I hate the boppy. Does anyone us a different brand?

Re: Best Nursing pillow
my kids always rolled of the boppy as I was nursing, lol. Try just a standard firm pillow
I have found that is what I end up doing. Hope that helps!

Re: Best Nursing pillow
ooo, I have a GREAT one for you - called My Brest Friend - great great great!!! I have bigger boobs, so I never even held ds, I just held him close to me without "holding" him iykwim. Also, it is adjustable and is waaaay better IMO than a boppy! They are a little more, but believe me, it is totally worth it. Oh, and they are3 not all squishy, so they keep their shape!

Re: Best Nursing pillow
That's what a friend told me. She said My Brest Friend is totally better. I used a boppy and while i'm glad I had something, I had to keep adjusting it during nursing sessions. It was a pain. But, if I didn't use it I had horrible back spasms that would literally take me off my feet. I'm definately going to try out My Brest Friend with our next baby

Re: Best Nursing pillow
seconding, thirding...My Brest Friend. Such a great design. I am a large chested plus size mama and the boppy didn't do it for me. MBF also adjusts and works well for much smaller mamas too.

Re: Best Nursing pillow
So, did you all use the pillows as your babe got older, then, not necessarily at the beginning?
My DS is 2 months, and I haven't had a need for a pillow yet, even though he is 13 lbs now.
