Diaper Swappers

What do you use in your prefolds for added absorbancy? I need something for the pfs and for a few misc. fitteds I have that could use a boost! I just don't know what is best to buy, especially for a little guy who is prone to rashes.

I don't know that they are the best since they are the only ones we have but we bought some off of monkeytoediapers and she sewed a layer of fleece on them. No leaks and my boys sleep about 10 hours a night. We have one in prefolds and one in fitteds (as soon as budget allows they will both be in fitteds). hth
