What, IYO, is the best knitting pattern for a soaker? I don't mind paying for it, I'm kind of afraid to try the freebies out there and waste my wool! If the freebies (like curly purly?) are awesome, that's one thing. . . but I'm a fairly new knitter and don't want to slave over a pattern only to have it not fit!
TIA!

Re: Best Knitting Pattern?
I haven't done a soaker yet but I like the LTK Perfection Pants pattern for shorts/pants and the Doodlepants pattern for longies. I also like the look of the LTK Hybrid Rib pattern but, while I own it, I have not knit it yet.

Re: Best Knitting Pattern?
I love the punk knitters pattern... and it's free.
Although I have to admit I haven't bought a pattern. I've made my own, and my next try is putting in a gusset to what I make sorry not much help
