Month and 1/2 - still waiting for order

I ordered a pocket diaper from a store during the diaper hunt and I'm still waiting. I've e-mailed the store several times about this and no answer. Please tell me what to do and what to expect. I just filed a dispute b/c I don't think this is good business practice. On the website it says wait 2 weeks for a custom order - well I orderd on 5/6/05, so it's been much longer than that. The thing that I don't understand is that this is an established diaper business. It's not a WAHM that just opened and got bogged down with orders. It's so frustrating. I could have bought a different diaper somewhere else.

I am so sorry. I have been going through this for months myself (different WAHM though, she wasn't part of the hunt). At least you filed with paypal and I'm sure you will get your money back. Leave feedback, too.

Do they have a phone number listed on their website?? Maybe somehow your emails aren't getting to them?

I'm glad you filed a dispute and I hope you get your diapers soon!!

Well, I've e-mailed them using my e-mail and then I've used the contact form that they have on the website, so I'm sure that the contact form one is getting to them. I know that with the dispute they should get a paypal e-mail. Even still - I would think they I would be contacted about it since it's been so long. If I owned a shop I hope that I would notice an order that hasn't been filled.

Just keep trying- you never know if they are missing the emails somehow. Just be persistant, they may just decide to contact you b/c of it.
