Newborn question~ re: size of covers

Ok, dd#1 was 8lbs 12oz and 21 " ~ dd#2 was 7lbs 7oz and 18".
I am going to assume this baby will be 8lbs or less.

How many nb/xs covers will I need?
How many small covers?

Thanks again!!

Re: Newborn question~ re: size of covers

I have a 2 week old right now. He was 6lb 13oz. I've been cding him since the second diaper on him at the hospital. I'm using XS thirsties and they are working wonderful. For a little larger baby, I would purchase at least 1-2 XS and 3-4 small covers. Right now my little man is to small for the smalls, even with a PF and doubler.
