Who here is sick of Swaddlebees?

I've seen lots of mama's complain about their business practices and a few over CS in the past several months. It seems they are not doing a good job of making their customers happy these days. I haven't had any major issues but it seems like a lot of moms are.

Re: Who here is sick of Swaddlebees?

Other than the $5 blueberry diaper, I have never bought anything from them. I know I never will, based solely on the experiences the majority of the posters here have had. I think its just a matter of time before they will have to do something pretty drastic, because everytime something happens (like today's post) they lose probably hundreds of dollars of potential business.

I will never buy SBs cuz I'm not willing to be treated like that. I mean if I have a problem with a new diaper I expect it to be sent back to them and fixed at their cost, not mine. Good products should be backed by the ppl who make them.

Honestly, it bugs me how so many wahm's have busted their butts to have a wonderful, affordable product, but since Swaddlebees has more money to advertise they are seen more. I have used many great wahm diapers. I have used Swaddlebees but they didn't work for us.

Re: Who here is sick of Swaddlebees?

Our Swaddlebees and Blueberry diapers work fine so I'll probably buy more in the future if they continue to work for my ds. Just because a handful of vocal moms have had issues with their customer service doesn't make them a bad company imo.

There must be a lot of Swaddlebee lovers out there by what I saw at the outlet stocking a couple weeks ago. Things sold out before I could even get them in my cart and checkout.

Personally I hold company's such as Swaddlebee's to a higher standard than I do wahm stuff and I think it's easier to bash/complain about a company than an individual (the wahm's) who frequent the board.

All that said, I've never had to deal with SB's customer service so I can't really speak about how I feel about it without making assumptions.

Re: Who here is sick of Swaddlebees?

I always wanted to try one because they look so cute. But, after hearing so many complaints about their business practices, I'll only be trying a used one. Although I'm happy with other things, so I probably won't even try them. Why support a business that treats people like that?

Re: Who here is sick of Swaddlebees?

Well, if you read ,my earlier post, then ou know where I stand. Their CS stinks and I will NEVER buy anything from them again, anyone wants detials, here is the post. http://www.diaperswappers.com/forum/showthread.php?t=168388

Not only will i NOT buy from them, i will also give my opinion about their CS wherever asked to help others from being treated. It is like the cellular companies, they used to be ALL ABOUT CS, but now that everyone HAS to have a phone and they can lock you in, they treat you klike crap.

Really, what would she loose if she only replaced/repaired bad dipes??? Not much if they were quality dopes to begin with, but JMHO! FWIW!
