Re: Who here is sick of Swaddlebees?

Me, me, me!!! I won't ever buy another SB and not only that I try to warn people. I purchased a few brand new pockets, they were first quality, and the aplix wasn't sewn on right and came undone. I have contacted them 3 times and have not received a single response and they have had a lot of time to respond. I even went through the trouble of filling out the entire "problem" form which asks for invoice number and date purchased, etc. etc.

If a company can't stand behind its product, makes a faulty product, and doesn't return your messages, that is not a company for me.

There must be a lot of Swaddlebee lovers out there by what I saw at the outlet stocking a couple weeks ago. Things sold out before I could even get them in my cart and checkout.

Personally I hold company's such as Swaddlebee's to a higher standard than I do wahm stuff and I think it's easier to bash/complain about a company than an individual (the wahm's) who frequent the board.

All that said, I've never had to deal with SB's customer service so I can't really speak about how I feel about it without making assumptions.

Yeah, but if the aplix off a WAHM's diaper came off within 2 months I would ask for a replacement and most if not all would oblige, because clearly it is a sewing fault. I would expect a WAHM to ask for the diaper back so they can fix it. I would expect a company like SB to send a new diaper to me while I send the defective one back. However, SB just chose to ignore my messages all together. That is very different than just holding them to a different standard.

I will. i like swaddlebees and just because some people have issues doesn't mean everyone does. i think the whole thing had been blown way out of proportion. JMHO.

Re: Who here is sick of Swaddlebees?

I haven't had any problems with their CS as of yet, but I've purchased very few products from them. My way of dealing with stuff like this has been to buy from WAHM's who sell the big brands, like Heather at www.clothdiaperoutlet.com or Camille?? at www.naturalbabies.com For example, even though FB has pathetic warrenties with their dipes, the mama at Natural Babies fixed a snap for me for free since I bought it from her. I just paid shipping one way and she paid it the other. And Heather at CDO stands by her KND's and CottonBabies stands by their BG's, so at least not all the big names are like that.

I've never had to deal with the CS, so I don't know first hand, but SB's didn't work for us so I won't buy them again.

O.k. I'm not trying to be argumentative or anything, but just curious... have either of you had to deal with one of their faulty diapers and had good customer service in getting it fixed? It seems like a lot of poeple have had quality issues (like me) and they don't stand behind their product. Truly I liked my diaper just fine before the aplix fell apart.

When the same thing happened on BGs they offered replacements and even tab repair kits for those who bought used.

Re: Who here is sick of Swaddlebees?

I think that swaddlebees makes wonderful products. They fit great and work well.

I have never bought directly from swaddlebees, so I can't comment about their customer service. I have heard terrible things about them, though.

That being said, probably the only reason I am not buying more is because I don't like the fleece inners as much as pretty much everything else.
