Wow that's horrible! I contacted CottonBabies today because I have some BG! one sized pocket diapers I got USED and the elastic is shot. They told me to send them to them and they will fix them or replace them!!!!! I was shocked and told them that was the best CS I had ever heard of!

Go buy from Cottonbabies! They are so wonderful there!!!!!

I know that many companies have had recalls on their products after 6 months due to numerous complaints, injuries or deaths. Now, hopefully, a leaky diaper will not cause injury or worse, but the mass number of complaints should warrant attention and possible recall of products. I'm not certain how this would be handled exactly, a PSA drawing attention to the defects, having retailers pull them off their "shelves" and taking some time off from selling these producing/defective products until the product can be improved and defect corrected.

The original swaddlebees (tag in the front) were so leaky that they did revamp their product, but it would seem that they are back to having these same issues again. And if the manufacturer will not stop producing/selling their defective products, it is up to the consumer to decide not to purchase these products any longer. The drug dealers are going to keep pushing their product although it's harmful, but you don't have to buy/use said drugs.

As far as customer service goes, "you get more flies with honey..." It's not that hard to be cordial to your customers, even if you really don't mean it.

I remember that! I don't think I was round here long before that and I decided not to buy anything SB from that point on. It just seemed so unprofessional.

And while I agree that 6 months might be too long to wait on contacting CS about an issue, it wouldn't have mattered if she waited 2 weeks, they don't consider leaking a manufacturing defect. ??? Like PPs have said, the function of a diaper is to hold pee/poop, how in the world is leaking not a defect?

I can't believe she hasn't seen this. I really wonder why she hasn't popped in to defend anything. I love the SBs I have,but I won't be buying more and when these are done I may just burn them in protest

wel i have 1 sb from a sampler pack from my first cd purchase and love it. ive been tempted to get more, but every month theres a new thread about cs so i think i will probally stay away, if for no other reason than b/c it looks like there will be NO resell value.
