Re: Thanks for NOTHING Swaddlebees "customer service"

wow thats crazy that they wont do anything i dont know if i would expect a full refund but something besides too bad we have a policy is kind of ridiculous. Im sure one customer to them is nothing which is why they probably don't care. i had something similar happen to me with a wahm and i will never buy a diaper from her again. i was debating buying some diapers from SB for baby #2 but this definatly makes me not want to ever own one of their diapers.

I think we should all write her a letter - maybe get a petition going about how terrible their customer service is? Aren't they owned by someone else now??

Re: Thanks for NOTHING Swaddlebees "customer service"

Can you give me the email for swaddlebees? I would like to send them an email with links to both your and the other ladies stories of bad customer service. And maybe a few others could too. If we flood them with emails threatening not to buy anymore diapers and that we will suggest that others don't as well, perhaps then they will refund/fix/exchange the faulty dipes you guys have!

Add me to the disguntled SB customers. I will NEVER again buy a SB, BB, or any other name they want to slap on their leaky diapers.

Re: Thanks for NOTHING Swaddlebees "customer service"

Their return policy - in summary it says "leaking diapers are no big deal & if the dipes fall apart, as long as it happens after a month, it's all good b/c we don't care"

MANUFACTURING DEFECTS

For defective products, we will exchange or replace faulty or defective products with an exact same product, color and size. If you believe you received a product with a manufacturing defect, please be prepared to send in the product so that we can correct the problem immediately. Please do not try to repair the diaper. Leaking problems are generally not considered a manufacturing defect.

As soon as we receive your returned package, either your refund will be processed or your exchanged or replacement items will be sent out within 3-5 business days.

Please note that while we try to make diapers that are durable, as with any item of clothing that gets used and washed frequently, they will not last forever. We are not responsible for damage to an item caused by improper care, abuse, misuse, normal fading or normal "wear and tear" of the product materials.

OUR GUARANTEE

All products are guaranteed against material or workmanship defects for 30 days from the date of purchase. This covers stitching and seams, elastics, or if any of the product’s components come undone or unattached. Snaps are guaranteed for the life of the diaper.

My emphasis.

I believe they have the same customer service person. (Unless both companies have a Lisa fielding the customer service complaints). When I wrote the Blueberry customer service people about my crappy wicking trial diaper, she was totally NOT helpful as well.
