Chubby thighs

Any recommendations for CD that don't squeeze the thighs?

My DS has extremely chubby thighs and he needs ones that won't cut off his circulation and leave big red marks on his legs. Thanks!

Pockets, fitteds, AIO's? Happy heinys are very roomy through the thigh.

My DD's chubby thighs are 10 1/2 inches and PFs and FBs work best for us. She fits a small now, but I think we may have to move up to meds pretty soon. She never did get red marks yet.

Re: Chubby thighs

Mine has the same problem, lean waist and hamhock thighs. FB fit my DS OK but would fit better if they were higher cut at the leg. I found a good fit with Prestons Pants skinny large, Snap-ez skinney large and panda pants. I am hoping to try a Beccabottoms soon because they are supposed to fit well. GADs fit alright but most pockets I have to set the waist at a tighter setting than the leg, ykwim?

My girls were both chunkers (we are talking 11-12 inch thighs!) and we found that side snapping dipes fit best. Righteous Baby has a "W" shaped snap placedment, so you can let out the bottom leg snap while not making the waist so huge. Those worked the best for us during our "Michellin Tire Man" phase.

Re: Chubby thighs

HHs are very gentle on thighs but aren't good with EBF poo, from my experience, so bear that in mind if your baby isn't on solids.

Side snapping dipes are the best for big thighs in my experience. My favorite SS pockets are KNDs, Cloth Thoughts, Snap-EZ, and GAD. I've only tried a couple SS fitteds, but Beccabottoms and Dreameze are both good on thigh chub too.
