How to get a super trim fit with a prefold *step by step pics!*

thanks so much for this thread. i'm bookmarking it and i will be practicing tomorrow! i gave up on the prefolds when my lo was a newborn. she was just so little and with the fresh umbilical cord; it was so much easier to use the pockets or disposables. if i can master it tomorrow, i'll be looking to buy some new covers that fit her!

I've been using GMD yellow thread and my guy soaks them less than an hour...I've been looking for a tight fold and have to change his diaper as we speak, so I am off to try this. I've never tried a wool cover, I'm new to CD, do people prefer these over covers such as Thirsties?

Prefolds are not the most absorbent diaper, imo.
