Help!! Stains on a BSWW!!!

I have BSWW for my newborn and her bf pooh is really staining it. I use the same wash routine as I use with my older DD. Cold rinse and spin, hot wash with a squirt of dawn and then an extra rinse. I have a HE washer. Help!!!

Thanks!! I know I need a clothes line bad but the stupid neighbors dog would eat my diapers and I know it. The joys of living in the country!

Do you have a porch or deck rail? We don't have a clothesline, but I sun my dipes on the back deck. It works great!
