what exactly is a mei tai?

could someone please explain this to me, even post a pic possibly? i'd like to try a sling again this time. i had one with ds#1, it was the lanisoh one and i honestly didn't really care for it too much...so what is a mei tai?

I love ours. We used a sling for kids 1-3, but just found the mei tai with #4. Wonderful!

You should check out thebabywearer.com there is a whole world of carriers and dozens of different kinds of mei tai's You can read reviews get info on their forum and check out their fsot. It is a great site I highly reccomend it if you are wanting any kind of babywearing info.
