Where did you purchase the item(s) from: DiaperSwappers
What did you buy: 1 small wetbag
How was the customer service: Excellent! She was so understanding and willing to work with me on every aspect.
Review of the product: The wetbag is the perfect size, beautiful fabric, wonderful quality, beautiful sewing.
Any additional comments: I am going to be buying 2 of her pail liners next payday :thumbsup:

How was the customer service: great! She communicates every step of the way and when a small detail I'd requested was overlooked in production, she emailed and asked how I'd like to see it remedied BEFORE she shipped it out!

Review of the product: The wetbag is nice and roomy and easily holds a 24-36hr period of M-L dipes which is exactly what I needed!

Where did you purchase the item(s) from: My first order was from the instock thread at DS, but my second order was a custom of the same pattern in a different size arranged through PM

What did you buy: a medium wetbag and a small wetbag, respectively, both in the Nemo fabric.

How was the customer service: Very good. She is great to work with and ships promptly!

Review of the product: The bag is fully functional and well-made.

Any additional comments: The medium wetbag is large enough for three prefold infant+preemie combos or one small FB and a prefold combo. If I fold them carefully, I can put two small fuzzibunz but I can't zip it shut.

If you leave pre-wet wipes in the wetbag overnight, stuff around it in your diaperbag will end up damp, but it's find for a couple of hours. I have not had any problems with leaving a wet PF in them overnight.

Would you do business with them again? Definitely! She does beautiful work and is great to work with!

Review of the product: Bags are excellent quality. Great prints. Zippered and awesome sizes. My first wetbag has made it through ridiculous amounts of washing and it still good as new.
Any additional comments: Not only is Heather and awesome WAHM, she is a super cool person who is always kind. I'm sure I'll be buying from her over and over and over again to support my Wetbag habit.

Review of the product: Very awesome - haven't used yet, but I have only heard great things, so am surely confident in leaving FB!!! They are very beautiful!!

Any additional comments: Seriously very awesome honest mama!!! She refunded me some $$ b/c I hadn't put in the DS discount code promo that she was running. I would have had NO idea if she hadn't emailed me. How stinkin' sweet is that?!

How was the customer service: Terrific! Heather has great communication, and even threw in a sample of Blue House Soaps!
Review of the product: When I first received my wet bag, Heather notified me that she had gotten a bad batch of PUL, and wasn't sure if my bag was affected or not. It was, but she assured me it would still work well (and it does!). She let me keep it, and made me a new one right away!
Any additional comments: I ordered my first bag from her because the fabric matched DD's room perfectly. When I found out it would need to be replaced, Heather searched high and low for some more of the same fabric.
Would you do business with them again? Definitely!
