Wash night is tonight. And I need DH to help me with the picture stuff. It'd be Wednesday night at the earliest before I can post. But I love seeing everyone else's work!

Here is mine along with two prefolds that I dyed using RIT.

The color faded a bit, but I still like it. I'm not sure I'll use RIT on the prefolds again because they ran a little bit dispite lots of washes by themselves, but the bG seemed to hold the color fine.

Here's the one I did with Orange flavored Koolaid by the stovetop method.

Brought a pot of water to a near boil - threw in 3 packs of orange koolaid and 1 cup vinegar. Turned heat down to med-low. Threw BG in and stirred ocassionally (used wooden spoons to hold it under when not stirring). Tokk it out after 25 minutes and rinsed in cool water. Washed as usual and viola.

I have dyed others too, but don't have picts of them yet. I'll try to get some but DS just went to bed for the night and he lives in the diaper room. Or they live in his room, er ummm hem.

Wow, that is a nice bright orange!! Now, is that a slightly older one, that the tabs don't turn color?

Keep 'em coming!

I used the same method as GreenMtn Momma on the stove top but I used 1 pk of Orange 1 Mango and 1 Tampico orangy color and simmered it for 20 min. Rinsed in cold and here ya go after line dried.

Yup. Mine was the next-to-newest version (I *think*). It is the only one of that version I had. All the newest ones seemed to take the color into the tabs. I have no idea why mine stayed white tho other than that as a possibility.
