Ok worth buying a beco?

ok so i've been eyeballing a beco or a babyhawk and I think i want a beco. Is it actually worth it for me to get one at this point? Gracie is 9.5 months and 20 lbs.

My DD is 19 mos and 22ish lbs, and we use ours nearly every day. She enjoys been held and carried, and gets very excited when she sees a carrier. I think we will be using it for many, many more months. I think it would be very worth it! We love the beco.

I totally agree with pp. DD is 20 months, and I still rely heavily on my carriers. They're indispensable when we're out because DD is okay with being carried in a carrier but will not stand for being carried in anyone's arms.

I just bought an Ergo last week and DS is 12 months old and 25#. I love carrying him in it and he gets so excited when I pull it (or the ring sling) out. I will be carrying DS for a long time yet. It will be well worth your money to get a good carrier. Your back will thank you for it!

Heh heh. I have both and ds is 14 months and ~20 pounds. He loves being carried in it.

We have the babyhawk...I am sure it would be worth it because you can back carry her which I am sure should would love and I have side carried DD in my babyhawk I would give it a try if she doesn't like it you can always return it or put it up on FSOT.

Definitely the BECO. We just got one, after months of having lots of Mei Tai's. I love how easy it is to wear DS (10mo, 23lbs) on my back compared to a BabyHawk, and its easier to carry / pack in the car as its more compact than an MT with all those straps. We LOVE it.

Re: Ok worth buying a beco?

The Beco is definitely worth it! You will be able to use it until your baby is at least 2 years old or longer if they still want to be carried. Becos also have a great resale value, so IMO it's totally worth the investment.

I've got one Sky Temple left in stock...
