I have comcast also and was having the same problem. I have knowledge of another legit business that Comcast so "nicely" blocks automatically and I never even see.

Well, here's the response I got from Comcast:

Thank you for contacting Comcast Customer Security Assurance. We have received and reviewed your RBL removal request.

Below each IP address you submitted in your request, we have included the result of our research. Please do not reply to this message.

75.126.55.77

We have received your request for removal from our inbound blocklist. After investigating the issue, we have found that the IP you provided for removal is currently not on our blocklist.

We need the IP address currently blocked to further investigate this issue. The IP address is a number separated by decimals and is located in an error code starting with "550" in the returned email from Comcast. You can learn more about how to identify a blocked IP by visiting our Frequently Asked Question page at :

Others seem to be getting their notifications. I get mine on a daily basis's.

Do you have an alternative email address you can use, just to test and see if you get them using another email?

I suppose I could try another email account. Problem is, the comcast is hooked up to my Outlook. It has become a convenience (or inconvenience) factor for me. The other vBulletin forum I am on is able to work with comcast. I don't see why DS all of a sudden isn't....

If you read the thread, there seems to be a problem specific to comcast users ever since the email address changed?

I am a comcast user and I stopped getting my notifications too. But, I switched over to a Gmail account (just for ds stuff.) You CAN connect your Gmail to your outlook mail. I have my outlook set up to check about 4 or 5 different email addresses.
