Are there any lab test videos of winter coats in carseats?

I post/share links etc on fb all the time, I posted another tonight and a friend replied asking if there are any certified lab test videos because all she sees are these things posted by other moms. Anyone know where we can find any 'legit' evidence?

I'd heard of the accident but hadn't seen that article with all the details. It looks like the chest clip might have been in about the right place in looking at the pic.

We don't have all the details but it seems from a combination of the other news articles that the baby was wearing a snowsuit and the straps were not tight enough.
