Bamboo velour for a pouch?

I bought some beautiful handyed Bamboo velour. DO you think it is too stretchy for a pouch? It is soooooo soft and lovely but I wonder if it wouldn't be supportive enough. WDYT?

I think by itself it is way too stretchy...you could line a stretch twill or sateen with it though...so the inside would be super soft for the baby and the outside would be supportive. I've done a bunch like that with minkee.

That is what I thought. I have some minky that was alot cheaper I was going to use as a liner, but then I saw how beautiful the velour was. I didn't realize until I got it how stretchy it was since I have only felt it inside diapers. Oh well I guess I will have to make a bunch of pretty prefolds and wipes then.
