My fave is the petunia picklebottom roll diaper bags. The fabric is gorgeous and you can wear it as a backpack OR with a strap long enough to wear across the body (essential for me as the others always slide down off my shoulder). They are $$ new but you can usually get a deal on them if they are used.

There are a bazillion, gazillion handmade totes on etsy.com - some labeled for dipes, some not. There's bound to be one out there that works for you. I just bought this crazy bag:

The Wallet on a String tucks into any diaper bag or tote and holds everything you need in your wallet, but is on a cord so you can leave the big bag at home if you actually get to run to the store without the kids. Or, if you leave your diaper bag in the car (which I don't recommend) or underneath the stroller, you can pull this out and carry it with you so your valuables won't get stolen. Before I got this my diaper bag & wallet were stolen out of my car and later my identity was stolen. With this wallet, I won't ever leave it behind again.

My Mom made my bag & I love it! I have 1 oufit, 3 todddler prefolds, 1 fitted, 2 covers my wallet,cell etc & a wetbag in it right now (I can sqeeze 2 sippys in there too, ). Granted I fold everthing so its nice & neat but I really love the bag, she sews pockets all around the inside, she has a shop on Etsy its:

I have this one and love it! It is pretty and large enough with tons of pockets which I absolutely love. It is pretty but not over the top since it also blk. It has feet on the bottom so when you put it down it doesn't rub on the bottom. I also have had the Kecci Shanghai bag which is like the Petunia pickle bag/back pack but it is all brocade and eventually it gets worn on the bottom.

I went through bags like water with DS1, so for DS2 I decided I was gonna research and buy a nice one, even if I had to penny pinch and save to get it, with the hope of finding THE one, kwim? Turns out the one I wound up with wasn't even too terribly $$! Now I've used the same bag for 16 months, which is just crazy for me. I really do love it and don't have a single complaint.
