Are we still not allowed to have tickers in our siggies? I know we weren't allowed to before, but I just wanted to see if that rule still stands?

Larger images like tickers don't affect DS bandwidth, but it does affect loading time for those with a slower internet connection (or just a really crappy one like I have lol).

Also, it keeps posts a little tidier and easier to take in without having to sift through siggies to read the content.
