How to reseal PUL???

Some of my Fuzzi Bunz the PUL on the shiny inside has like cracks in it that go with the fabric if that makes sense. Is there a way to re seal that?? I have tried just putting them in the dryer to reseal them and didn't help. These aren't that old less than one year of use it is happening up where all the female end of the snaps are as well as on the triangular part where the male ends are. Is it possible to cause this from having them too tight??? My dd is really skinny and we have to put them on the tightest waist setting for her and she doesn't ever have red marks, but I am afraid it is gonna cause leaks

Please advise what I should do.

You can iron them, carefully. I did that once with a hole and it worked really well to close it.

Which side do you iron? What temperature, I need directions.

I would put it inside out and iron the inside. Hot enough to seal, but not hot enough to melt. You can try a towel over it if you're afraid of burning a hole. I honestly don't remember what temp I used. Thinking back, that was pretty brave of me!

if you iron the inside, use freezer paper between the puland the iron.
