gallstones and possible PE?

Ugh, so Ive been having this very sharp pulling almost ripping pain in my upper right ribs for a few days, so much so that it doubles me over at least 4 times a day. So I figured, wait til monday and then go into the drs office because I have a ton to get done in the next 48 hours. Nope, Yesterday afternoon I stood up and was just in tears so I called my OBGYN... Talk to the nurse, she says, well, I would say come in, doesn't sound good- its an hour and 20 minute drive!! So I try putting it off, she gets the doc on the phone and he says, Yep, see you in a little over an hour! So I go in, Protein in my urine, Ketones in my urine, Sugar in my urine, and the pain in my ribs hasn't stopped and is now also in my back, and NO it doesn't get worse after I eat!! So I am told I have to have a gallbladder u/s this morning and last night had to have PIH blood test (pretty much Preeclampsia testing, but usually its for someone with High BP and a trace of protein in the urine- ugh, but I am opposite, +1or +2 (it was inbetween in coloring I guess) and no high blood presure, but I have ALL the other side symptoms of PE. So I have to go get my blood drawn. - the results arent back yet on that, but they are for my U/S this morning. I have Gallstones!!! and now I have to go visit the surgeon upstairs from my ob's office. the thing is....
You are more likely at risk if you are HEAVY!! which everythign I tend to get is a higher risk for overweight/obese people, HOW do I get them all? I am 5ft2 and max weight at any given time is 110, and normal weight is 95 for me, how do I end up with a macrosomic baby, probably PIH, and gallstones? I don't eat a high fat diet, in fact, I eat very little fat at all! I am just so extremely upset that I work my butt off to stay thin and I get every disease or problem that a large person gets! (oh and did I mention during my blood test they also did an additional test to see if my sugars were high because of the sugar in my urine? UUUUUGGGGGHHHHH!!)

Aww Michelle you are going through so much. It doesn't seem fair. I hope things get better for you!
